Probably the best place around for Carribean cuisine. Love the pastalijos here, definitely my favorite! The staff are hard-working and kind as well. The vibe is very, very Puerto Rican (lol) from the reggaeton in the background to the delectable smell of the food!! celia's is for sure my go to whenever im in the mood for a latino meal!
